MB Certified Collision Center Brochure
While Mercedes-Benz vehicles lead the way in terms of innovation, performance, design, and safety, accidents will still happen. So the Mercedes-Benz Certified Collision Program has been designed with one goal in mind: to provide valued Mercedes-Benz customers with a seamless and satisfying repair experience.
This can be accomplished only with a customer-focused network of Mercedes-Benz Certified Collision Centers. In the following pages, you’ll learn about all the benefits of the program, as well as the standards and requirements that participating collision centers need to follow.

MB Certified Collision Program Participating Guide
The Mercedes-Benz Certified Collision Participation Guide will outline the responsibilities of the collision centers, dealerships, and MBUSA. This information should ensure a smooth integration into the Certified Collision Program.

Tool & Equipment List
Collision centers must meet MBUSA Certified Collision Program Standards in order to obtain or renew certification. Possessing the necessary tools and equipment is required to meet standards. An inventory of basic industry tools is expected to be on-site.
